MINUTES OF THE ANNUAL MEETING OF THE PARISH
STICKFORD 4th AUGUST 2020.
Venue Stickford Community Centre at 7pm.

The Parish Council Chairman welcomed everybody to the meeting.
There was 2 items raised by the residents:--
The many potholes around the village especially Fen Road and the Cul de Sac, as to any update when they may be repaired? The council could not give any update but the clerk to investigate with the authorities and report soonest.
Speeding in the village. The clerk is to request if Highways can do a speed check.
Clearing of the riparian dyke behind resident’s property, who is responsible for doing the work.
Approval of last year’s Annual Parish Meeting 7th May 2019 were approved

Bus shelters to be treated with wood preservative this year 2020
Dog bins emptying normally Sundays weekly, no problems reported this year
