This meeting was held in the car park due to Covid restrictions.
- The Chairman opened the meeting and welcomed all present.
The Chairman gave the councillors present 2 notices.
- The clerk/RFO handed in his notice of resignation for end of March 2021
- The parish will need a new Internal Auditor for year 2021.
The Parish Council will in due course advertise each position. They can be seen on the Stickford Parish Council web site and Lincolnshire Association of Local Councils.
- Apologies for absence. Both LCC and ELDC were not invited due to Covid restrictions.
- There were no declaration of interest
- There were no residents present
- Review the last meeting
Meeting of the Parish Council 1st September 2020 was approved

- Matters Arising from the September minutes.
The surface condition of Fen Road was reported to be getting worse with more pot holes. More pot holes were appearing along the Cul de Sac and Back Lane. The clerk to contact our LCC councillor.

- Financial Matters.
- There were 6 payments due for payment
i) Clerk’s Income tax £137.50 ii) Clerk pay £550.00 iii) Internal Auditor £50.00
iv) RBL Donation £10.00 v) RBL Wreath and Crosses £45.00
vi) ECBS £54.00 vii) Admin costs £25.35
The RFO and Chairman requested the payments to be paid before the meeting to enable the RFO to send the cheques before the Christmas break, all agreed and the cheques were signed 20th December 2020 and sent.
- The 2020/2021 precept was presented and agreed.
- It was suggested that Councillors purchase suitable equipment, a Honda 4 stroke strimmer and 4 stroke mower to cut the grass in the church yard, if the PCC were not able to fund raise, to pay an outside contractor due to Covid.
- Further Covid restriction may delay the agreed repair on the War Memorial Clock.
